[Wien] WIEN2k workshop & software

Dear Prof. Blaha,

I would like to know if there is any student discounts or scholarships available for graduate students to attend this workshop.

I am new faculty and recently hired a graduate student.  I would like to have him participate in the Wien2k workshop in June but have limited funding.  Are there any future similar workshops in the US (westcoast)?

Finally, I would like to know how do I get another copy of the Wien2k software to be installed in a new computer.  
I purchased the Wien2k software over a year ago and installed it on a computer which is not longer functional and discontinued.  Please advice me on how to get another copy so my new student learns to use this tool.
