[Wien] Invalid null command

Dear you,
When running w2web the diagnosis "Invalid null command" appears.
Typically,

cd /home/jru/WIEN2k/ZnStest;run_lapw -cc 0.0001 -NI 
hup: Command not found.
Invalid null command.
 LAPW0 END
 LAPW1 END
 LAPW2 END
Invalid null command.
 CORE  END
Invalid null command.
 MIXER END

Can one get rid of the diagnoses? 
They appeared when I updated Ubuntu8.10 to Ubuntu9.4.
