[Wien] Bug in arrows.f

I just found some kind of bug/inconsistency in arrows.f.
When I just try to run it as it is using "x arrows" it produces
the error message:
    ERROR IN READING FILES
This error message is due to an attempt of reading from
unit 10/case.scf in the loop in lines 58-69 of arrows.f.
However, in the arrows.def file produced by x_lapw
this case.scf does not  appear.
The problem is fixed by commenting out lines 58-69 of arrows.f,
since the information read in from case.scf is not
used in arrows, anyways.
