[Wien] Problem with w2web

Hello there,

i already install wien2k in operating system REDHAT LINUX 9. But i got a problem to connect with w2web server. 

when i type w2web in the terminal, the respond give bash: w2web:command not found. (For your information, before this, last month, w2web server can be connect but when doing programming of WIEN2K to calculate the density of state  of TiC and got error (like bad header). So, i close the w2web server , after that  i  restart the computer again and the end, w2web cannot be connected.)

Then when i try to reconnect with netscape http://localhost:7890, it give the connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost:7890. 

I have check  file of  /root/wientemp/w2web. it state:

The w2web starterCopyright (C) 2001 luitz.atEnvironment variables WIENROOT are not set!
How to fix this problem?.
