[Wien] Usersguide on w2web

Dear Wien2k users and Prof. Blaha,

After I establish the connection to w2web on my browser, I click on  
either html-Version or pdf-version of Usersguide at the bottom of left  
panel and
get something like
Error - File not found or temporary file does not exist any more


In the field for the website location, I see something like
http://localhost:7890/usersguide/usersguide.html
or
http://localhost:7890/usersguide/usersguide.pdf

How can I fix this issue?

Somebody may have raised a similar question.
However, I couldn't find the discussion.

I am using  Wien2k.08.3.
