[Wien] lapw2c problem

Thanks a lot for prompt response, I checked *.cshrc file where it is 
given that [ setenv SCRATCH ./ ]. while in *.bashrc [#export 
SCRATCH=/work/au1/scratch ].
Is any problem lies here or some where else.
