Hello,

 

These functions are included in libmkl_core.so.

Please try to add the ¡°¨Clmkl_core¡± into RP option or link statically.

 

 

From:

RP  RP_LIB(SCALAPACK+PBLAS): -lmkl_intel -lmkl_scalapack -lmkl_blacs -lmkl_sequential -lmkl_ia32

 

 

To:

RP  RP_LIB(SCALAPACK+PBLAS): -lmkl_intel -lmkl_scalapack -lmkl_blacs -lmkl_sequential -lmkl_ia32 ¨Cmkl_core

   I have installed mpi2.0.6+ifort9.1+mkl10.0.5.025 sucessfully, the configuration is shown as follows:

 

 O   Compiler options:        -FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -align -DINTEL_VML -traceback
 L   Linker Flags:            $(FOPT) -L/opt/intel/mkl/10.0.5.025/lib/32 -lpthread
 P   Preprocessor flags       '-DParallel'
 R   R_LIB (LAPACK+BLAS):     -lmkl_lapack -lmkl_core -lmkl_ia32 -lguide -pthread

   RP  RP_LIB(SCALAPACK+PBLAS): -lmkl_intel -lmkl_scalapack -lmkl_blacs -lmkl_sequential -lmkl_ia32
     FP  FPOPT(par.comp.options): -FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -ip -DINTEL_VML
     MP  MPIRUN commando        :

 

lapw0 is compiled sucessfully, but lapw1 and lapw2 have some errors, the compiling errors is shown as:

/opt/intel/mkl/10.0.5.025/lib/32/libmkl_sequential.so: undefined reference to `mkl_serv_load_fun'
/opt/intel/mkl/10.0.5.025/lib/32/libmkl_sequential.so: undefined reference to `mkl_serv_load_lapack_fun'
/opt/intel/mkl/10.0.5.025/lib/32/libmkl_sequential.so: undefined reference to `mkl_serv_load_lapack_dll'
/opt/intel/mkl/10.0.5.025/lib/32/libmkl_sequential.so: undefined reference to `mkl_serv_load_dll'
