[Wien] uninstall mkl10.1.2

Dear all users,

  I have installed mkl10.1.2.024 sucessfully, but when I uninstalled it,an error appear as follows,

  ERROR: Uable to find rpm tools, please add its location to your path and restart installation.

  who can help me! Thanks!
