[Wien] Spin-orbit Coupling

Dear colleagues!

   Is it possible to calculate spin-orbital coupling element of 
Hamiltonian between singlet and triplet excited states using WIEN? And 
if it is, please write how to do it or give me an URL where it is 
described.
I mean this:  <S|Hso|T>, where S - singlet state wave function; Hso - 
spin-orbit coupling operator; T -  triplet state wave function.
