[Wien] Interactive crystal builder/editor

Dear Oleg,

You do not need the structure builder to be able to save directly to the .struct format.  Save as a .cif file, run 'dos2unix' and then use the cif2struct utility.  I would expect most packages to be able to save in the .cif format.
