[Wien] system error

Dear Wien Users,
I am running wien 03 version on my machine having intel dual core processor  2.9ghz with 2 gb ram . The os is centos. After error free compilation  I started initialization. Problem starts here .When  x nn is executed 
the message comes :argv1 subscript out of range. Again  in the next stage the error message is ;system error cant read the outputnn file. When I tried to see the struct file  to my surprise I observed that except one  all other rotation matrix is zero.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
