Dear wien2k users,
I am trying to compile wien2k_09_02 version on intel Nehalem with Fedora core 12 and with whole repository downloaded. The intel versions used are  Compilers : 11.1.072  and  mkl : 10.1.2
The options are as follows:

Current settings:
 O   Compiler options:        -FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -align -DINTEL_VML -traceback
 L   Linker Flags:                 $(FOPT) -L /opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t -pthread -i-static

 P   Preprocessor flags      '-DParallel'
 R   R_LIB (LAPACK+BLAS):     -L /opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t -lmkl_lapack -lmkl_intel_ilp64 -lguide

I keep on getting undefined references in lapack and mkl_intel library.

/opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t/libmkl_lapack.so: undefined reference to `mkl_lapack_dlasr3'
/opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t/libmkl_lapack.so: undefined reference to `mkl_lapack_zlabrd'

/opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t/libmkl_intel_ilp64.so: undefined reference to `mkl_spblas_mkl_dcsrmultd'
/opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t/libmkl_intel_ilp64.so: undefined reference to `mkl_spblas_mkl_dskysv'

/opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t/libmkl_lapack.so: undefined reference to `mkl_lapack_csytrs'
/opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t/libmkl_intel_ilp64.so: undefined reference to `mkl_spblas_mkl_dcscsv'

/opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t/libmkl_lapack.so: undefined reference to `mkl_lapack_cpptrf'
/opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t/libmkl_intel_ilp64.so: undefined reference to `mkl_spblas_mkl_dcoosv'

/opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/lib/em64t/libmkl_intel_ilp64.so: undefined reference to `mkl_pdett_d_forward_trig_transform'

The problem persists even for mkl installed from compiler or  64 bit mkl 10.1 or 11.1 version installation.

Can any body suggest as to which libmkl (lp64 or ilp) should be used or what options should be given.

Reg.,
Madhura
