No, it can't -- unfortunately, it would make my life quite a bit
easier... You can determine the external pressure post factum, by the
derivatives of the total energy surface as a function of the different
cell degrees of freedom in your structure, but that is a lot of work (if
you know the angles and c/a and b/a ratios as a function of volume, it
is easier: then you only have to take the negative 1D derivative of E(V)
in a given volume).

No, this is a contribution to the forces on individual atoms inside the
unit cell.
