[Wien] executables

I noticed that running a case, runsp_lapw -i -cc 0.00001 -in1ef -so -eece,
using the latest executables crashes in lapwso. This is in the case that
this case runs smoothly after compiling the latest version of the code. This
shows that there is something missing in the executable files compared to
the latest version of the code.  

I would add  that there are not such an error using the executables for many
other cases without the -so and -eece switches. I have not check -eece and
-so switches individually. 

Maybe the executables have not been updated yet(?) as well as the code.
