[Wien] Quality FERMI surface

At least I do not understand what you are saying, so can't help.

What is a "quality" FS?

You are talking about two different meshes ? What has the path in the 
IBZ with 46 k-points to do with a FS ?

Where's the problem ? In xcrysden ?

Have you tried fsgen ?
