[Wien] Holenberg-Kohn and Kohn-Sham theorms of DFT for superconductor

Dear Prof. Blaha

I would like to use Wien2k code for Bi-2212 high-Tc superconductor. I would like to know, the DFT for superconductor is implemented in the Wien2k? i.e.The basic Holenberg-Kohn and Kohn-Sham theorms of DFT for superconductor which proved by Oliveira, Gross, and Kohn. 

Is there any good  functionals for HTCS?
