[Wien] Tetrahedron with Fermi-Dirac Temperature Smearing

Does anyone know of a code to calculate the weights for the
tetrahedron approach with Fermi-Dirac Temperature Smearing (more
correctly, FD occupancies)? It would be useful to have one within
Wien2k. I seem to remember seeing a paper "somewhere" on this...

If there are no responses, maybe someone would like to code one?
