[Wien] error while loading shared libraries: libmkl_lapack.so: cannot open shared object file

Use -i-static to compile the intel mkl libraries as static not shared
as a simple fix. (You may need to read the ifort man page to check
that this works with this version.) Alternatively you will need to
ensure that the LIBRARY environmental variable or ld.so.conf is setup
correctly which are both "easy" but I would go with static
compilation.
