[Wien] for the second time problem with w2web"Error - Failed to open file"

This is ok. No error.

I suggest:

ps -ef | grep w2web

kill -9  pid      (where this line should be repeated to all pids of all w2web lines found above)

cd
rm -r .w2web   (notice the "." before w2web)

w2web

You should start w2web ONLY ONCE, not try to start it several times using different ports.
