[Wien] Missing text field in w2web DOS task

Dear users,

I have noticed that when using "Tasks > DOS > Configure case.int" in the
w2web interface, the text field to input the desired PDOS to calculate
has disappeared recently. This is caused by a missing ">" character in
"SRC_w2web/htdocs/exec/executor.pl" which causes (recent versions of)
Firefox to ignore the whole input tag.

Please find attached a patch to correct this error (which has been
present at least since WIEN2k_09).
