[Wien] Fermi surfaces shaded by band velocities

Dear All,  I want to generate Fermi surfaces with Fermi velocities shading like FIG. 5 of  "PRL 107, 277002 (2011)". But now I can just plot surfaces by XCRYSDEN which maybe unable to do this.  How chould I get the Fermi velocities?Could anyone give me any suggestion?
