[Wien] forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV

Most likely you should update your WIEN2k version.

The current   garadme.f file shows in line 366:

     if(ir.eq.1.and.l.eq.lomax) write(882,*) ir   ! stupid fix for ifort12 bug

Maybe you can put this line into your ceersion. Seems to be a compiler bug.
