[Wien] How to prepare a thin-film-on-a-substrate structure?

Dear Wien2k users

I want to prepare a structure of CuO (monoclinic) thin film on LaAlO3 (cubic perovskite) substrate. Is it possible to do so in Wien2k? If yes, how?
