[Wien] run_bandplothf problem crash for HF

I am not sure how helpful this will be, but "Barewords" appears to be
associated with Perl scripting, see
http://perlmaven.com/barewords-in-perl

It looks like there is a file bashtime2csh.pl_lapw which presumably
needs some changes to remove "strict subs" or similar, but I know
nothing about perl.
