I think you can enter the Drude broadening parameters into case.injoint with option 6 or 7. Then, run x joint to get case.outputjoint with the calculated plasma frequencies.  Refer to section 8.17 and 8.18 in the user guide (http://www.wien2k.at/reg_user/textbooks/usersguide.pdf).  You can also search the mail archive (http://www.wien2k.at/reg_user/mailing_list/) with the keyword "plasma frequency".
