[Wien] How to make more cpu participate in paralle processes

Dear all Wien2k users: 
 I chosed paralle caculation in the SCF cycle , but only 2 cpus were running, while other 10 cpus  was free.  Can anyone tell me why this is, how to solve this problem to Improve processing speed?
