Nobody can efficiently help you by your given insuficient information. 

PS: A suggestion: Why do not you use intel Fortran compiler? It is free and you can download its latest version including MKL from intel.com site.

Dear Wien2k developers and users

I have been trying to compile the program on my system, using the user guide, after I installed the package I followed the steps for site configuration, as in the user guide  I specified my system as Generic and my compiler is absoft profortran 13.0, but during the compilation process I have been receiving errors number 127 and 2 for almost all the programs. I tried to specify the path, and after doing so these two errors were removed, but instead I ended up with a lot more errors during the compilation.

also to mention the w2web works fine, but I still have problems in executing most commands, I would truly appreciate it if you can guide me.
