[Wien] time relaxation in boltztrap

Dear users

In boltztrap code the relaxation time is taken as constant for calculation of thermoelectric properties. Please any body tell me what will be the constant value? (1*10^-13 or 1*10^-14 sec) Its value for single layer garaphene is 3*10^-13 sec. Kindly anybody reply me soon.
