[Wien] cif2struct

yeah, maybe this is a bad cif. I download it from a soft named "findit".
where can I get a standard cif of alloys and compound? I will also download
a cif reader, but mostly run in windows system, can you recommend one
running in linux? I am very grateful for your kind help.
