[Wien] seems you do not have the intel fortran compiler in your path

siteconfig is using the command "which ifort" to find out about your
ifort installation.
Problem with your csh / tcsh ?? It might not pass the PATH ??
On the command line start:
/bin/csh (or tcsh)
which ifort
