[Wien] Pointing web browser to shows http://Adam:7890 says "Unable to connect"

You can try to connect to http://localhost:7890, which ist mostlikely 
the most simple solution for you.

otherwise you need a "fully-qualified hostname", which consists of 
hostname.domain

(except when you configure default domain extensions, which apparently 
you do not have).

Who is   http://Adam  ??  Do you think I would be able to connect to 
your Adam ??  You need also a  domainname.

Maybe it works as   http://adam.your_university.your_country:7890
