[Wien] crystal field parameter

Dear wien2k users,

A new package "CFP" has been added to the "unsupported software" site at 
http://www.wien2k.at/reg_user/unsupported/.

It was contributed by Pavel Novak (Inst. Physics, Prague; novakp at fzu.cz)
and calculates crystal field parameters in rare-earth systems.
