Dear Colleagues,

The third edition of the ICAMM conference (International Conference on Advanced Materials Modelling) will be held at the "Institut des Matériaux Jean Rouxel" (IMN), Nantes, France, from Monday, July 7th to Wednesday, July 9th, 2014. In connection to this event, the 21st WIEN2k workshop will be held from Wednesday, July 2nd to Saturday, July 5th, 2014.

Full details are on the website: http://www.cnrs-imn.fr/ICAMM2014/

The deadline for abstract submission and applications for a student/postdoc bursary has been extended to March 30th.

You can register here:
http://www.cnrs-imn.fr/ICAMM2014/index.php/fr/pre-registration

As mentionned in the second announcement very attractive
conference fees are available for selected PhD students and
        postdoc:
- only 200 € (instead of 550 €) for a participation to  the 7
        days (WIEN2k and ICAMM)
- only 175 € (instead of 450 €) for a participation to the 3
        days of ICAMM conference.

We are also proposing an activity on Sunday 6th. It will be one
day off in between the WIEN2k workshop and the ICAMM conference.
For our Sunday activity we are pleased to propose an excursion
to the beautiful inland scenery of nearby Brittany, taking in a
visit to the traditional salt-flats, the preserved natural
wetlands of Briere, and the beautifully restored walled medaeval
        town of Guerande.
