[Wien] segmentation fault

Dear Gavin Abo and WIEN2k users,
Thank you Gavin for your suggestion.x nn must be run without any error.I have compiled the latest version of WIEN2k-14 on a Mac Os X 10.6.8.The initializtion has been done without errors.
When I submit the job(start SCF cycle), I got the following error:
