[Wien] intel-mkl shared lib error

I usually put a job through batch/at command and in the head of 
executing file I must put two lines:
(this is one line!)
setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH 
_YourPathToFortran_/compiler/lib/intel64:_YourPathToFortran_/mkl/lib/intel64

setenv MKL_TARGET_ARCH intel64


in the file .bashrc I have the following:
source ___YourPathToFortran___/bin/compilervars.sh intel64

Without this I see the same diagnostic.
