[Wien] Problem in Initialisation

Dear Sir,

Greetings.

While run programs for initialisation, I am getting following error
message in my terminal/graphical mode.  Please kindly tell me what I
have to do it.

libiomp5.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
