[Wien] Regarding non-availability of shared library fftw3

Thank you for your suggestions, which were quite helpful in solving the
problem..
I would like to bring to your kind notice that the problem of linking fftw3
library was solved after adding following command in ./bashrc.

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/lib

Now the WIEN2k is working fine. Still the working of the cluster with the
script is yet to be tested. hope it works fine.
