[Wien] problem_using_cif_file

Dear Wien2k users,
I am using the attached .cif file in wien2k. I am trying to convert it into
structure file by using cif2struct command. But it written
*Space group name nor symmetry operations are not given!*
How to get rid of this problem. My .xyz file converted into .cif using
VESTA. Please help.
