[Wien] error

As the error message tells you, it cannot find the dstart executable
file.  Either you need to compile to create the file with siteconfig,
fix the WIENROOT (and/or PATH) variables in your .bashrc, or try the
pre-compiled executables (WIEN2k_17.1_executables.tar.gz).

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Did you run siteconfig and successfully compile (with no error messages)
to create the dstart executable file?

Did you run userconfig_lapw? Is the WIENROOT variable in your .bashrc
pointing to the correct location of where you installed WIEN2k?  Is it
the /home/maslan/WIENROOT?

Or did you copy the dstart file in WIEN2k_17.1_executables.tar.gz to the
base directory created from extracting WIEN2k_17.1.tar?

Did search youtube and watch how to install WIEN2k:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kg5S0am3C-k

Did you read the lecture note slides on how to install WIEN2k:

http://susi.theochem.tuwien.ac.at/reg_user/textbooks/WIEN2k_lecture-notes_2013/WIEN2k-installation.pdf

Did you watch the workshop video "Installation of Wien2k, parallelization":

http://susi.theochem.tuwien.ac.at/onlineworkshop/

Did you read section "III Installation of the WIEN2k package and
Dimensioning of programs" in the WIEN2k 17.1 usersguide:

http://susi.theochem.tuwien.ac.at/reg_user/textbooks/usersguide.pdf

Do an internet search or search the mailing list archive [
https://www.mail-archive.com/wien@zeus.theochem.tuwien.ac.at/maillist.html
], as there is likely other help information not listed here.
