[Wien] join_vectorfiles error

In WIEN2k 18.2, line 842 (seen in your error message below) in 
SRC_w2w/util_w2w.F seems to be an "end if" statement.  I would expect to 
see a "read" statement, which suggests that you might be using an older 
buggy WIEN2k version.

What WIEN2k version are you using that gives that error?

Also, what version of the Intel Fortran compiler are you using?  There 
seems to be quite a few I/O file issues coming from the recent versions 
from about 2016-2018 [

].  So, that may be another possible cause.

I missed the 2019 beta period [ 
https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-parallel-studio-xe-2019-beta 
]; so, I don't know how well that will fix (or break) WIEN2k code when 
it is released in the near future.
