[Wien] Bug (of unclear origin) in init_lapw

For some reason that I don't understand, with dstart -p in init_lapw
interactive the line " set sp=($<)" always returns blank without reading
the input. (It works fine non parallel.) Somehow there seems to be
something from dstartpara in the buffer. I don't know if there is a csh
command to clear buffers.
