[Wien] lapw2 -alm, -almd, -qdmft with lapw2_mpi; does they work?

To any experienced users of the momentum and dmft codes in Wien2k, do these
work with lapw2_mpi?

It looks to me like -alm/-almd do not going back to at least version 16.1,
I am not sure about -qdmft as it needs input file(s).

N.B., I am testing a hopefully better lapw2 version, so if someone has a
known qdmft case that I can compare to it would be useful.
