[Wien] ssh command in Wien2k scripts

Please read the ssh/sshd documentation.

You can put into your local .ssh directory a file config and I believe 
you can specify there that you want to transfer the environment.

As far as I know, this should overwrite the default ssh options in 
/etc/ssh/ssh_config and ssh_configd specifications.
