[Wien] compile error after applying patches_w2k_ver21.1

Thanks for the reply Dr. Gavin.
Checked most of the programs. working fine in serial mode (right now local
terminal is single processor, multicore system). Even checked for lapw2 and
lapw1, worked fine (tested for just 1 iteration).  However, i m skeptical
abt lapw2 error in compile.msg which does not seem to related to mpi and it
may lead to some kind of error during SCF job run.
So, planning to extract original w2k files and then wil do the patch.
