[Wien] Missing write_inwplot executable

Dear Brandon,

I checked tutorials from the workshop in 2019 (http://www.wien2k.at/events/ws2019/Exercises_19-tot.pdf). Page 36 describes plotting of WFs. To generate 'case.inwplot
‘ we just copied it from a template:

cp $WIENROOT/SRC_templates/case.inwplot
 GaAs-WANN.inwplot

Maybe you do not need write_inwplot?
