[Wien] New Version: WIEN2k_24.1

Dear WIEN2k users,

The new release of WIEN2k (24.1) is ready and update (as usual free of 
charge for all registered users) is highly recommended.

Since version 23.2 updating is particular simple using the "-update" 
option of siteconfig_lapw.
