Could you ever run a k-parallel calculation ?

You need to setup passwordless   ssh.
It may hang waiting for a password ....

Otherwise:

pslapw
and identify which of the parallel jobs hangs and to which machine.
Sometimes with slow network,... it can happen that a job hangs.

Kill the hanging jobs and restart (maybe without the problematic node).
