[Wien] compiling errors

Hello Pablo,
those are known problems and it is the easiest to go onto Gavin Abo's
Guthub page:
https://github.com/gsabo/WIEN2k-Patches/tree/master/24.1
and follow the Instructions in the README sections. (you will also find
a patch for the charge.f error in the SRC_Globals directory).
