[Wien] Issues Encountered During WIEN2k Installation and Compilation

It looks to me, that you selected a C-Compiler, where a Fortran Compiler 
is expected.

  Recommended setting for f90 compiler:*gfortran*
      Current selection (for current default just press ENTER): *gcc 
(should be gfortran, ifx or ifort, NOT gcc)*
