Program cannot find the dstart file. This means that either compilation 
was not conducted correctly (look in the directory SRC_dstart how it was 
compiled, there should be a message about errors), or system cannot find 
the file (check the paths in .bashrc or .cshrc - .tcshrc depending on 
what system do you use).
